ONCE AND FLORAL
Our take on the Floridora, a bright, pink, bubbly drink that balances the bitterness of gin with tart lime and sweet raspberry and spicy-sweet ginger. Serve in a glass of your choice, either a tall glass or a tumbler work great. Try garnishing it with raspberries or a lime wheel!
1 tsp powdered sugar
2-3 fresh raspberries
2 oz Raspberry-Lime-Ginger Kombucha
Crushed mint leaves
Squeeze of fresh lime juice
1. Muddle raspberries and mint inside a shaker cup.
2. Squeeze lime juice.
3. Add 2 oz gin, and kombucha, pour over ice. Add a garnish with raspberries or a lime wheel.
