WHAT IS KOMBUCHA? Kombucha (kuhm·boo·chuh) is a refreshing, & effervescent probiotic fermented beverage made from tea loaded with an active culture of probiotics.
WHAT DOES KOMBUCHA TASTE LIKE? Kombucha has a complex flavor profile that's slightly tart, fizzy, and a little sweet. Our flavors are made with organic fruits that we cold-press juice in St. Paul.

IS KOMBUCHA NON-ALCOHOLIC? Our Classic Kombucha is non-alcoholic, but does contain trace amounts of alcohol (less than 0.5% ABV) produced during fermentation.
How do you store kombucha? Kombucha must be kept refrigerated (between 33° and 41° F) to retain the best quality and flavor. If stored in proper conditions, kombucha can last for up to 12 months or longer.
Is there caffeine in kombucha? J's Kombucha contains a small amount of caffeine; a 12 oz can contains around 11mg (32ppm).
